ONLINE ORDERS

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for online orders if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or that you feel has been misrepresented in any way, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing hello@klemenza.com.

We endeavour to represent products accurately however images of products are subject to differences in appearance depending on the device used to view our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website.

Deliveries can only be made within Australia. The cost of delivery will be added at Checkout as specified by the delivery service we use.

 

SHIPPING
Large and bulky items will be individually quoted for delivery. The customer will be contacted shortly after order is place with the shipping quote for their order. 

Alternatively, you are welcome to contact our friendly team for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. 

 

IN-STORE
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges, refunds or store credit for in store purchases if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. This includes items that are specially ordered in.

Refunds or exchanges are only valid if an item has a problem that is deemed faulty by the supplier. 

Items specially ordered into the store are required to be picked up or delivered within one week of receipt.
